This drive comes complete with a Electric motor already installed under the motor cowling. It has a low water pickup in the skag. This is a FLEX SHAFT driven outboard drive (NO GEARS). No need to do anything but mount it on your boat, and drive. Motor KV can be changed to your specification. Recommed to use with 44inch boats and BIGGER.
